EVENT OVERVIEW
Araluen Estate Golf Course is arguably the most picturesque and challenging golf venue in Western Australia.
Araluen Estate boasts a world class golf course with 18 stunning golf holes and panoramic views throughout the Midgegooroo National Park and across to the Perth Coastal Plain.
This event is open to junior amateur golfers who are under 19 years of age on the first day of the event. All players must be an amateur in accordance with the rules of amateur status as approved by the R&A Rules Limited and the USGA (United States Golf Association).
JNR Tour of WA events have a limited number of players in each field. All events are 54 hole stroke play and this event will have a GA/WHS handicap limit for entry of 16.
In the instance that an event is over subscribed, players will be balloted out based on handicap. Players on the same handicap who are on the ballot line will be selected based on the earliest registered player.

KEY DETAILS
Monday October 6th – 18 holes (am tee time)
Tuesday October 7th – 18 holes (am tee time)
Wednesday October 8th – 18 holes (pm tee time)
Presentations and prize giving (including post round food) – immediately after the round completes. Anticipated from 5.30pm. We encourage all players to stay for presentations.
There is no official practice round, however the course have kindly offered a 50% discount for registered players in the week before the event.

UPDATE – We have left registration open to the original time as our messaging was quite late and some people missed it. The change was due to the change to Golflink and we will be losing access to it later today. We just needed to confirm the qualification of the GA required.
Please after you enter now can we ask you send us a screen shot of your handicap from Golflink in case we can not access the system. You can email to events@jnrgolfwa.com or reply to the confirmation email you get from registration.

CART BOOKINGS
Players are not allowed carts or to be transported in carts, however parents are welcome to book and use a cart during the event. Cart bookings can be made directly with the golf operations Manager of Araluen Estate (Mieke) on +61 8 9397 9000 or golfops@araluenestate.com.au
EVENT COST & PAYMENT
Entry to the event 54 hole tournament plus post round food on the last day of the event. The event fee is $150.
We will securely collect payment at during the registration process.
Note: if the event is oversubscribed, players who need to be balloted out will be fully refunded.

We are working with local accommodation providers and hope to release some details on local accommodation very soon.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS
We would greatly appreciate a few parent volunteers for this event. There are a few locations of possible blind tee shots and volunteer parents may assist with safety and pace of play. EVENT BBQ
Everyone loves a BBQ and Araluen deliver a fantastic experience. The chef will be live cooking on the balcony & creating that BBQ aroma everyone loves.
Players all receive the BBQ meal as part of the entry fee, parents, family and friends can join as well however there is of course a cost. This goes direct to Araluen for delivery of the BBQ.
