We have been incredibly humbled by the positive feedback for JNR Golf Association plus the immediate offers to volunteer to help.

We are all volunteering in setting up this tour and all of the events and every person who offers to help is truly appreciated. With enough community support this will become a huge success.

We have created a volunteer registration form below on this page to help manage the volunteer process. Please note all of this information will be stored safely and only used for our purposes of contacting you to volunteer for upcoming events.

Indemnity and Liability Waiver

By registering/clicking this form, the Volunteer (or their Parent/Guardian if the Volunteer is under 18) acknowledges and agrees as follows:

1. Assumption of Risk: The Volunteer understands that golf, like any sport, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to weather conditions. The Volunteer voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation in events and activities organized by the Junior Golf Association of Western Australia. ("the Association").

2. Indemnity and Release: The Volunteer (and their Parent/Guardian) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Association, its affiliates, officers, members, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and other volunteers from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:
o Personal injury or property damage suffered by the Volunteer during participation in Association activities, except to the extent caused by the negligence of the Association.
o Any injury, damage, or loss caused by the Volunteer to other persons or property.
o Third-party claims arising from the Volunteer’s actions or behavior while participating in Association activities.

3. Medical Treatment and Emergency Response: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, the Association will make a reasonable effort to contact the Parent/Guardian (if the Volunteer is under 18) to obtain consent for treatment. However, if contact cannot be made in a timely manner, the Parent/Guardian (if the Volunteer is under 18) authorizes the Association to seek necessary medical treatment for the Volunteer as deemed appropriate by medical professionals. The Parent/Guardian (if the Volunteer is under 18) acknowledges that any costs associated with such treatment will be their responsibility.

4. Agreement to Terms: By registering for this event, the Volunteer (or Parent/Guardian if the Volunteer is under 18) confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and indemnity.
